Circle S Ranch Proudly Stands Allocate Your Assets

An Equi-Stat Leading Hunter Under Saddle Sire // A Multiple AQHA World & Congress Champion Sire, this 16.2 Hand Stallion is Stamping Foals with Beauty, Movement, and Great Minds

“The total package” – a phrase often thrown around and attributed to many yet not often truly attained. But in the case of Allocate Your Assets, his consistency, movement, pedigree, combined with his outstanding disposition, has earned him the title of just that – “The total package.” “Al,” as he is affectionately known, is a 2000 16.2 hand bay stallion by Protect Your Assets and out of the thoroughbred mare, Kat Sass.  Owned by G.W. and Katherine Tobin, Al is quickly proving to be a standout hunter under saddle sire, stamping his offspring with not only his beautiful looks and movement, but also his great mind. Their natural talent, combined with their willingness to learn, has made “Al’s” offspring sought after by open and non-pro competitors alike.

Live Foal & Color Guarantees

Live foal guarantee:

A live foal is defined as one that will stand and nurse. If foal is born
dead, mare owner agrees to furnish the stallion owner within 7 days a veterinarian’s certificate
describing the occurrence. In such a case, return privileges will be available for one year only.
Rebreeds must pay the re-breed booking fee, fill out a new breeding contract and pay any
shipping charges applicable. If the mare aborts or fails to conceive, she may return during the
current breeding season. If it becomes too late to re-breed a mare during the current season,
she may be bred the following year ONLY, provided a re-breed booking fee of $250 is paid
and all relevant shipping charges. If the mare owner fails to rebreed the mare the following
year, then any and all fees become forfeited, the right to rebreed is cancelled and the
stallion owner is released from all further obligation of this contract, unless otherwise
agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

Color guarantee:

A 100% color guarantee is issued for those mares registered with APHA. If
the foal is born without the qualified markings, the mare may be bred the following year ONLY,
provided a re-breed chute fee of $250 is paid and all relevant shipping charges. However, if
the foal is born to a double registered AQHA/APHA mare and still qualifies for AQHA
registration, despite its lack of qualifying APHA markings, the re-breed offer is negated. In
addition, if the mare owner fails to rebreed the mare the following year, then any and all
fees become forfeited, the right to rebreed is cancelled and the stallion owner is
released from all further obligation
